Our Speedliner Paint Prepper/Sprayers play a key role in the preparation, finishing, and painting of welfare trailers, vehicle bodies, and a wide range of specialist vehicle conversions. 

With extensive experience in surface preparation and paint application, our team is highly skilled in working with a variety of materials and coatings, including 2-pack, cellulose paint, speedliner coatings, xylene-based paints, thinners, and silicone additives. Their knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plywood, and specialist surfaces ensures every vehicle is prepared and finished to the highest possible standard. 

The role involves every stage of the preparation and spraying process, including sanding, filling dents and imperfections, masking and de-masking vehicles, preparing surfaces correctly, and mixing and applying primers, paints, and protective coatings with precision and care. Attention to detail is essential to ensure a high-quality, durable finish across all projects. 

Our team works in a clean, organised, and safety-conscious environment, carefully managing workloads while maintaining strict quality standards and production deadlines. Collaboration is also an important part of the role, with employees regularly supporting other departments when required. 

In addition to paint preparation and spraying, our team often assists with welfare van conversion work, including preparing and finishing countertops, storage compartments, and interior fittings to ensure every vehicle leaves our workshop with a professional, high-quality finish.
