ROB ACKLAM
Director
Beginning his career with the company in 2015 as an Area Sales manager, Rob was appointed Director in 2023. Rob now oversees the day-to-day operations of the business while serving as a key point of contact for clients, supporting both strategic growth and customer relationships.
PAUL REDSHAW
Director
Since the business was established, Paul has been an integral part of the company's journey, starting as an auto electrician before progressing into a management role. In 2023, he advanced to Director, bringing extensive technical expertise and operational experience to the leadership team.

TONY BURTON
Engineering Manager
Joining as the Engineering Manager in 2022, Tony oversees the technical development of vehicle conversions. He coordinates sales quotations, work closely with customers on conversion design and specification, and provides expert technical support and assistance when necessary.

LEE PRICE
Electrical/Quality Manager
Lee joined the company in 2017 as a Mobile Technician before progressing to the role of Electrical Manager in 2021. He now oversees the electrical department, managing quotations, customer liaison, technical support, and the design of electrical systems across vehicle conversion projects.

ANDY MOSES
Health & Safety Manager
Bringing over 20 years of experience in the glass and steel manufacturing industry, Andy took on the role of Health and Safety Manager in 2026. He oversees all aspects of workplace health and safety, while also supporting key areas of human resources and staff welfare.

MATT FISHER
Workshop Manager
With over a decade at the company, Matt started as a fitter before moving to Workshop Manager in 2019. He oversees day-to-day workshop operations, coordinating with customers, managing vehicles, ensuring deadlines are met and supports the team across a range of operations.

KATIE CAMPBELL
Accounts Manager
Since joining the business in 2024 as Accounts Manager, Katie has played a key role in coordinating the mobile team. She acts as a primary point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, organising vehicle bookings, and supporting the efficient scheduling of work across the business.
JOE DANCE
CNC Technician
Having started in the woodshop department in 2011, Joe progressed to the role of CNC Technician in 2020. He is responsible for producing CAD patterns and programming for CNC cutting operations, while also manufacturing bespoke components to support conversion projects.

JOANNE NICHOLSON
Office Administrator
Joining the business in 2019 as Accounts and Office/Breakdowns Administrator, Joanne's day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating breakdown scheduling, managing invoicing and payment processing, and overseeing the ordering of uniforms and office supplies.

RHIANNON HOOD
Marketing Apprentice
Starting with the company in 2025 as a Marketing Executive Apprentice, Rhiannon supports the business' marketing and digital communications activities. Her role includes managing social media channels, keeping website content up to date and assisting with a variety of ongoing marketing projects.

JONTY CAMPBELL
Purchasing Advisor
Beginning his career with the company in 2017 as a labourer, Jonty gradually moved into purchasing before taking on the role full time. Responsible for sourcing equipment and racking systems, he manages stock control, and oversees the organisation and efficiency of the stores area.

SAM TREWICK
Purchasing Advisor
Sam began with the company in 2021 within the Stores department before moving into a driving role in 2023 and later returning to Stores in 2026. His responsibilities include stock organisation, goods intake and delivery coordination and the managing of the company's eBay store.
